Returns Policy

Returns must be unworn and in the original packaging. You may return your goods for an exchange or refund within 14 days of making your purchase. We do not offer credit notes for any returned goods.

Our returns period is 14 days from the date of order. Any goods returned outside of this period will be not be either refunded or exchanged. We do not cover the cost of returned parcels on returns or exchanges.

Returning Items

Please note that our returns policy is strictly 14 days. You may return any item within 14 days of the day that you received your delivery.

When returning any goods please make sure that a copy of the invoice or a note of your order details are included in the return so we can deal with the returns process quickly for you. Please also email us to tell us that you wish to return an item.

The shoes must be returned in the original box and not have been worn.

Please clearly state whether you are returning for an exchange or refund (where eligible) Refunds will be paid by the same method as the original order.

We recommend you return parcels by recorded mail as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels. Please send any returns to :
